Why Propagent exists
Propagent carries the process; the project team carries the expertise.
AEC proposal teams may have content libraries, search tools, drafting assistants, spreadsheets, portals, email, and project databases. Yet people still interpret the RFP, assemble the response plan, find credible proof, chase experts, reconcile sections, apply review comments, and polish the final submission.
Propagent changes that operating model. The system carries the connected response process while the firm’s people stay responsible for expertise, relationships, strategy, risk, and approval.
The Propagent point of view
A compliant answer is not automatically a persuasive case to win.
The RFP defines what the buyer will evaluate. The firm’s experience, people, evidence, and positioning determine whether the response is credible. Strong response management has to connect those two sides and keep them connected as the work changes.
